The people behind Quorum
A small team with first-hand nonprofit formation scars — building the board portal we wished existed.
Charles Pleasant
Sets the vision, decides priorities, approves features, and steers the business. Charles built Quorum at Paragon Government Solutions while guiding a real California 501(c)(3) from idea to launch — Quorum is that experience, productized.
Alitalia Adams
Keeps the whole effort organized: tracks tasks and deadlines, coordinates the team, and runs day-to-day business operations — vendors, staffing, procedures, and internal workflows. Alitalia launched her own California 501(c)(3) on Quorum, so she runs the company the way the product runs a board: everything in order, on the record.
Marcus Webb
Builds the front end, back end, and database — and wires Quorum into the systems around it: QuickBooks payments, DocuSeal signatures, Google Calendar, Zoom, email providers, and the APIs our members ask for next.
Sofia Marin
Designs the app's screens, layout, and user experience — and keeps the Quorum brand warm, plain-spoken, and easy for volunteer boards who never read a manual.
Priya Nair
Tests every release and reports the bugs before you meet them — then onboards new organizations, answers support, watches satisfaction and retention, and turns member feedback into improvements.
Jordan Ellis
Owns customer acquisition: advertising, social media, email campaigns, content, and the brand — getting Quorum in front of the founders who need it.
